In addition, Daniel has managed important trade-mark and copyright portfolios of foreign companies in Canada and those of Canadian companies abroad. He has also developed a particular expertise in expeditive remedies, including injunctions and seizure orders. This has enabled Daniel to acquire knowledge which he shares with others.
